RETURNS

 

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

 

We offer all the tools to ensure you are buying the right product. Sample of the camera cover layouts and pictures are available for you to compare with your camera before ordering. Also We can send you samples of materials, before you place your order.

If for some reason you didn't receive the right product, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.

If you change your mind, don't like the cover material or don't need the product any more, we may offer you a refund, but you need to send the item back and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your original payment. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days.

 

SHIPPING

 

WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH NO INSURANCE AND PRIORITY MAIL WITH INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

 

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available with Priority Mail Service and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

Our camera covers and light seal kits installation instructions are for guidance only. Techniques on how to replace your camera cover or light seal kit may vary depending on the material and your camera model.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, incidental or consequential damage, or loss arising out of installation, use, errors, mistakes, accident, or damage or any part of your equipment when using our products.
