We handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
We offer all the tools to ensure you are buying the right product. Sample of the camera cover layouts and pictures are available for you to compare with your camera before ordering. Also We can send you samples of materials, before you place your order.
If for some reason you didn't receive the right product, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
If you change your mind, don't like the cover material or don't need the product any more, we may offer you a refund, but you need to send the item back and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your original payment. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available with Priority Mail Service and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.
